Terms And Conditions

Welcome to Sohail Ladies Tailor. We are always eager to see you come back. Well before placing any order with us, please make sure to see our full terms and conditions mentioned here. When you place any order, it will be assumed that you agree to our entire terms and conditions. This will make sure easy and smooth services, a clear understanding between both parties.

Order Time & Delivery

  • We need at least 4 working days to complete regular orders.
  • If our workload is high, delivery time may increase. We will inform you in advance.
  • On Special occasions such as Eids, we will accept only earlier orders. At least a month before the festive season.
  • Bridal orders must be given at least 8 weeks before the required delivery date.
  • Bridal orders require a 50% advance payment at the time of booking. The rest will be paid according to your selected installment plan.
  • You have to clear the balance before delivery.
  • We do our best to meet deadlines, but unexpected delays may happen due to workload or technical issues.

Advance Payment & Confirmation

  • To confirm any order, a 50% advance payment is required.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid after the order is completed, before delivery or pickup.
  • No order will be started without advance payment.
  • Please note that delivery will only be made after full payment is received.

Alterations and Size Issues

  • If there is a size issue due to our mistake, we will fix it for free.
  • If your body size changes after placing the order (for example, if you gain weight), you will need to pay for extra alteration work.
  • We request that customers double-check their measurements before confirming the order.
  • We will accept alteration work only when the given measurement differs from the dress we stitched.
  • Please check your dress/outfit within one week. Otherwise we will not accept the dress for free alteration.
  • Please request alteration service within 7 to 10 days.

Online Orders & Special Add-ons

  • For online orders, if your dress needs laces or dyeing, you must first pay the amount for those materials. Only then will we buy and process them.
  • Charges for appliqué work are separate and handled by an outsourced team.
  • Machine embroidery charges depend on the design. You need to place embroidery orders at least 3 weeks in advance.

Overseas Clients / International Orders

  • All international clients must clear full payment before shipment.
  • We will share the shipment receipt/slip from the courier company.
  • Once we hand over your parcel to the shipping company, we are not responsible for any delays, losses, or damage during transit.
  • We will keep you updated until your dress is handed over to the courier service.
  • Custom charges or import duties (if any) are your responsibility.

Order Cancellation and Refunds

  • Once an order is confirmed and an advance is paid, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • In some cases, if work hasn’t started yet, we may allow cancellation, but 20% cancellation charges will be applied.
  • For custom bridal dresses or personalized designs, no cancellation will be accepted once stitching has started.

Colour and Fabric Disclaimer

  • Actual fabric colour may slightly vary due to screen settings, camera lighting, and dye batches.
  • If you send us your fabric, we will handle it with care, but we are not responsible for fabric quality or shrinkage.
  • Please choose your fabrics wisely and send only good-quality materials for best results.

Privacy and Customer Data

  • We respect your privacy. Your data, like name, address, and contact details, will only be used to complete your order.
  • We never share your data with third parties without your consent.

Design Rights and Usage

  • We may post pictures of your stitched dresses (without your face) on our social media for portfolio and marketing purposes.
  • We may show your dress to our clients to give them a good idea.
  • If you do not want us to post or show your order, please inform us while placing the order.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Please respond quickly when we need confirmations (design approval, measurement details, etc.). Delays from your side may affect the final delivery.
  • You are also responsible for providing correct measurements. We are not liable for incorrect sizing if your given measurements were wrong.
  • It is your responsibility to check your outfit/dress properly as soon as received. Late complaints will not be acceptable.

Contact and Communication

  • All order details, payments, and communication will be done through our official channels only (WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, or Website).
  • Please avoid placing orders through personal numbers or friends to avoid confusion.

Changes to Terms

  • Sohail Ladies Tailor reserves the right to update or change these terms anytime without prior notice.
